Little boys are a mystery to me being as I am a mother to only daughters. My husband is one of 4 boys…and let me tell you that some of the stories I have heard about them growing up shocked me! I grew up in a small family. Things were pretty quiet. So when I was thrown into my husband’s world…I couldn’t believe how LOUD it was. And competitive. And sometimes even violent, lol! So naturally out of my curiosity…I contacted an old family friend and asked if I could do a shoot with her FOUR boys. Photography is part of how I process the world. How I observe. How I express. And sometimes it just feels good to take a step back and shoot from a distance. Which is mostly what I did with this family of gorgeous little men. Chased them around one of the wildest and most stunning locations I had ever shot at. So here is what I saw during my hour with boys
