Winter Wonderland | Minnesota Photography |

To say that we had a white Christmas would be a vast understatement!  I am not a fan of cold…but I do love snow.  But things are getting a bit ridiculous with close to 3 feet of it now accumulated on the ground.  I seriously feel claustrophobic attempting to drive around and see over the enormous banks of snow on every corner in the city.  It was a nice change to spend some time in the country at my parent’s over Christmas.  There was still a lot of snow…but there were wide open spaces…

We hiked out in almost waste deep snow to this little spot on a neighboring pig farm (hee).  It was cold.  And snowing…but I had to get some shots of my girl on Christmas.  Here is what I came up with in the 3 whole minutes I made her stand there coatless:).

It was worth the effort slogging thru the thigh deep snow. Miss P. is a natural.

Beautiful, she doesn’t look cold at all. We have had snow in UK too and I got to shoot an Australian family in the snow, I got longer than 3 minutes but didn’t nail it as well as you did in 3 x
