Every year I get to see this little peanut and I ALWAYS look forward to it.  Why?  Because I know it’s going to be a super silly and fun session.  Her personality and intellegence blows me away.  I remember photographing her at 2 and having stimulating conversation!  Now at 4 she’s only gotten smarter, funnier…

Also – I went to Macalester so I remember the weather up there and it’s great to see how you persevere through the winter :) But my point is, congratulations!!!

Here’s another cute family to share with you.  An adorable baby girl and her 2 big brothers.  This family was loving on each other for the whole session and it was so fun to photograph.  These boys are the silliest and sweetest little guys…they totally won me over.  And baby sister?  Melt my heart.

Inner Goddess. | Minneapolis Photographer |

For awhile I have been wanting to photograph this incredible woman.  She happens to be my cousin.  She was the flower girl in my parent’s wedding.  We rode horses on the farm.  I looked up to her in her in her ACDC t-shirt (which I eventually inherited)…and now again in our 30′s.  This gorgeous woman….

Breathtaking for us mere mortals who thrive on beauty. Your color here is perfection. No doubt she loves these and will for decades.

Grandma Haas - July 13, 2011 - 8:31 pm

These photos are unbelievable! Jill, I’m liking the tatoo work better all the time. You’ll have to wear those two dresses all the time so everybody can enjoy the beauty. Jess you are so good at sitting up the scenery and pose. Oh, to be young again.

Heart. | Twin Cities Family Photographer |

This family has a lot of it.  I photographed these 3 last year and was excited to work with them again.  Their connection is deep…and bubbles over on the surface (which always makes my job easier).  No need to tell them to relax or ‘act’ candid, lol…they have it going on naturally!  And little miss?…
