Anina | MN Senior Photographer |

As an artist, I am always striving to be true to myself in my work.  That is what makes it my work instead of someone’s elses…my heart, my soul and the way I see the world.  As you can imagine…it isn’t easy to be 100% connected with yourself during a session 100% of the time.  Things happen…life gets stressful or you simply just lack the confidence that day.  I still love those sessions…but some days…magic days…you shoot 100% true to yourself.  Yesterday was one of those days.  So meet Anina:).  She is the one who pushed me to start doing senior photography.  She sent me the sweetest email…

“I know you specialize in children’s photography but I was wondering if you were open to doing my senior pictures. I’m so in love with your photographs and I’ve been following your blog for a couple months now and I would just love it if you took my senior pictures.”

Gee, well if you put it that way…of course!  So we met for coffee a few days later…and I met this lovely girl face to face.  Then I got to photograph her.  Here is Anina…100% as my heart and soul sees her:).

Stunning and authentic. You are going to be busy this summer with seniors. Let me know if you need an extra hand. I bet it was kind of nice to have someone pose for you without too much wrangling.
